All of our on call triage nurses are bilingual and have years of experience in Pediatrics. Tele-Nurse utilizes Barton Schmitt M.D. Pediatric Telephone Protocols, which are the gold standard in Pediatric Telephone Triage. You will receive a report regarding the advice and disposition given to every patient. This document can be viewed and printed for insertion into your patient’s chart via our website.
